Our Client Service team supporting your hospital consists of:

Internal Client Resource
Every client has an Internal Client Resource person who is a single point of contact and is to oversee
your every need. Should you have a need, you can quickly speak with a familiar voice to fully and
expeditiously meet your need.

External Client Service Regional Manager
Placing the highest value on integrity, your assigned Client Service Regional Manager continuously brings MRA expertise into your environment through education, industry best practices, account resolution, placement monitoring and superior training to your organization.

Division Director of Client Service
The Division Director of Client Services has extensive hospital business office experience. They are
responsible for providing quarterly business reviews for our clients and ensuring your service needs
are continuously met.

Top Level Corporate On-Site Visits Annually
Our goal is to have a member of MRA’s Senior Executive staff visit with your hospital at least on an
annual basis. We remain proactively responsive to your needs and your time.
