MRA provides a comprehensive solution to your Workers’ Compensation needs by offering complete Workers’ Compensation outsourcing by accepting “day one” claims for rapid review, billing and maximum recovery.

Our Workers’ Compensation Department is managed by a former Workers’ Compensation attorney who oversees all aspects of the claims process. MRA’s dedicated specialists investigate for employer/carrier information, bill, and provide continuous follow-up until payment is received on uncontested claims.

In those instances where compensability is contested, MRA’s specialists are in touch with the employer and/or the patient’s attorney(s) until the case reaches final adjudication. Once the final order is entered by the Court, MRA either pursues the employer’s Workers’ Compensation insurance payer for payment or returns the account to the hospital if the claim is deemed non-compensable.

If an account is ultimately deemed non-compensable, MRA provides any updated patient demographic information to the hospital free of charge.
